Veterinary medicine opens doors to
share the gospel with animal owners. Many of these owners put their faith in Christ as
they listened to Christian veterinarians.
In just a little while you will have a hundred people
gathered up around watching you treat their animals. The people already have their interest peaked because of common interests and concerns. After the vet has taken time to share through an interpreter Gods saving grace in his life, the interpreter can easily continue sharing the plan of salvation to the listening group, and then he can give them an opportunity to respond to the gospel message.

These veterinarians were members of a medical-dental team that treated 669 animals, and 1,973 medical patients. They filled 9,573 prescriptions and extracted 601 teeth, gave out 600 eyeglasses and 1,600 Bibles and Gospel tracts. The value of the medicines and professional services given free of charge to the people in the town of Esquias was over $100,000 U.S.
In this group there were 217 people who put their faith in Jesus Christ as their personal Savior.

We must never make an apology for being

he made a mistake in coming into the world to redeem men.
Pray that our Honduran staff will be led by the Holy Spirit to the locations where God is at work, and that Team Captains will be alert to the leading of the Holy Spirit for their teams.
Support a mission team or missionary couple financially. This is a faith ministry and each missionary, volunteer and mission team depends upon the Lord to provide the financial needs for medicine, food, shipping, translators for doctors, nurses and preachers, etc.
